Villa Macari is in Macari, a hamlet at only 2800 meters from San Vito Lo Capo, famous for its white sandy beach and at 800 meters of the Gulf of Macari, full of coves and sandy/pebbly beaches. The villa lies in a very quiet and restricted area because it is in a private road. The villa, indipendent and overlooking the beautiful bay of Macari, has large outdoors terraced spaces with rich vegetation and equipped with outdoor shower with hot water, tables, chairs, deckchairs and barbecue. The house, of about 120 square meters, is suited for 8 people and is divided into two floors. On the ground floor, there is a large living room equipped with double sofa bed with wood staves, ceiling fan, fireplace and satellite TV; a kitchen equipped with electric oven; microwave oven, toaster, refrigerator and freezer; and a bathroom with shower. A large brick stair, located in the hall, gets to the first floor where there are three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds converting in a double bed ( both the bedrooms open out to a covered terrace ) and one with a bunk bed. On the first floor, there is also a bathroom with tub / shower and washing machine.All the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning warm / cold. The double bedroom is also a ceiling fan. A shower with hot water is located in the terrace.
